This year we have completed a major part of investment plan of installing 3 x new Bystronic Bysmart 6KW Lasers.
We produce our own nitrogen and proud to be one of the first Laser companies in the UK to be doing this long before the green revolution started.
We have been running the 3 x new Bystronic Bysmart 6KW Lasers now for a few months and we run all 3 consistently side by side for 24 hours a day.
This brought us the next issue…
We have been so busy cutting lots of stainless steel and aluminium. We have been depleting our self-made nitrogen supply.
With careful planning of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium we have managed.
Managed is not our way though. We want to EXCEL and be 100% sure we are ready for whatever comes through the door.
We have invested a further £39,000 on nitrogen tank storage tanks to keep these busy 3 x 6KW Bysmarts fed with nitrogen to keep our customers happy.
