Let me introduce you to the Paleta Girls…
Laura and Donna are on their own mission to bring Paletas to the UK. They are making their own healthy versions of the Latin inspired ice lollies and this includes flavours such as ‘Plum Crumb’ – a roasted spice plum flavour with coconut cream and an almond crumb. My personal favourite would have to be their ‘Coco-crazy’, as you can enjoy the taste of chocolate without the refined sugar and therefore without the guilt. The lollies are made from 100% natural ingredients and any sweetness comes from fruit or a touch of honey.
