The correct maintenance method is conducive to extending the service life of the laser cutting machine

The main components of the laser cutting machine include the circuit system, transmission system, cooling system, light source system, dust removal system, and how to maintain the laser cutting machine. Correct maintenance and care measures are conducive to extending the service life of the laser cutting machine. The main routine maintenance parts are the cooling system (to ensure the constant temperature effect), the dust removal system (to ensure the dust removal effect), the optical path system (to ensure the beam quality), and the key requirements of the transmission system. (Pay attention to ensure normal operation).

1. Maintenance of cooling system.

First of all, the water (purified water, distilled water, antifreeze) in the drinking machine needs to be replaced regularly, and the replacement frequency is generally two months. The quality and temperature of circulating water directly affect the service life of laser tubes. It is recommended to use purified water or distilled water and keep the water temperature below 38 ° C. If the water is not changed for a long time, it is easy to form scale and block the water channel, so the water should be changed regularly.

Second, always keep water flowing. The cooling water is responsible for taking away the heat generated by the laser tube. The higher the water temperature is, the lower the optical output power is (the optimal water temperature is 18-22 ° C, and the minimum water temperature settings for different lasers are slightly different). When the water is cut off, the tube end will burst and even damage the laser power supply due to the heat accumulation in the laser cavity. Therefore, it is necessary to check whether the cooling water is unblocked at any time. When the water pipe is hard bent (dead bend) or falls off, causing the water pump failure, it must be repaired in time to avoid power reduction and even damage to the equipment.

Third, when the seasons change or the weather and temperature in local areas change greatly, the fiber transmission line of the fiber laser can be used in harsh environment, but the laser has higher requirements for the use environment. Frequent rain and wet environment can easily lead to condensation inside the laser, thus damaging or malfunctioning the electrical and optical components of the laser, thereby reducing the performance of the laser, and even damaging the laser. Therefore, the temperature should be properly adjusted when the season changes or the local temperature changes. The principles are as follows:

In summer, the water temperature can be adjusted within the range of 27-28 ° C, and can not be lower than the dew point temperature of the environment inside the laser.

The water temperature in winter shall be adjusted within the range of 20-21 ° C, and shall not be lower than the dew point temperature of the working environment of the processing head.

2、 Maintenance of dust removal system.

After a long time of use, the fan will accumulate a lot of dust, which will affect the exhaust and deodorization effect, and will also produce noise. When you find that the suction of the fan is insufficient and the smoke is not smooth, first turn off the power supply, remove the inlet and exhaust pipes on the fan, remove the dust inside, and then turn the fan upside down and move the blades inside until they are clean. Then install the fan. Fan maintenance cycle: about three months.

3. Maintenance of optical path system.

After the laser cutting machine works for a period of time, due to the working environment, the surface of the lens will be covered with a layer of dust, which reduces the reflectivity of the reflector and the transmittance of the lens, and finally affects the working power of the laser. At this time, wipe carefully along the center of the lens with absorbent cotton dipped in ethanol and rotate it to the edge. The lens should be wiped gently without damaging the surface coating. Handle with care during wiping to prevent falling. When installing the focusing lens, be sure to keep the concave side downward. In addition, the use of ultra-high-speed perforations should be minimized at ordinary times, and the use of conventional perforations can prolong the service life of the focusing lens.

4、 Drive system maintenance.

The equipment will produce smoke and dust during long-term cutting. Fine smoke and dust will enter the equipment through the dust cover, and then adhere to the guide rail frame. Long-term accumulation will increase the wear of guide rail frame. Rack guide is a relatively precise accessory. A large amount of dust has been deposited on the surface of the guide rail and the linear shaft for a long time, which has a great impact on the processing accuracy of the equipment. It will form corrosion spots on the surface of the linear shaft of the guide rail and shorten the service life of the equipment. Therefore, in order to ensure the normal and stable operation of the equipment and the processing quality of the products, it is necessary to do a good job in the daily maintenance of the guide rail and linear shaft, and regularly carry out dust removal and cleaning. After dust removal, grease the frame and lubricate the guide rail with lubricating oil. Each bearing should also be refueled regularly to maintain flexible transmission, precision machining and prolong the service life of the machine tool.

5. Working environment.

The workshop environment should be dry and well ventilated. The ambient temperature shall be between 4 ℃ and 33 ℃. Pay attention to prevent condensation on the equipment in summer, and prevent laser equipment from freezing in winter.

The equipment shall be far away from the electrical equipment sensitive to electromagnetic interference to prevent the equipment from being subject to electromagnetic interference for a long time. Keep away from sudden high-power interference of high-power and strong vibration equipment. Large power interference can sometimes cause machine failure. Although rare, it should be avoided as much as possible. Therefore, such as large electric welding machines, giant electric mixers and large power transmission and transformation equipment should be kept away. It goes without saying that the obvious vibration of the ground caused by strong vibration equipment, such as forging press and short-distance motor vehicle, is very unfavorable for accurate carving.

6. Other precautions.

During the operation of the equipment, the operator must observe the operation of the equipment at any time, cut off all power supply immediately in case of any abnormal condition, remove the fault in time or report to the supervisor, and actively take corresponding measures.

Regularly count the use of the machine and regularly record all parts of the laser cutting machine. If the effect is not good, it should be replaced in time to prevent the accident.

Do not process the material until it is clear whether it can be irradiated or heated by laser, so as to avoid the potential danger of smoke and steam and damage to the laser equipment.

If you make good use of the above maintenance skills, I believe that your equipment will have a longer service life and higher work efficiency.
