· Enable Rotary Mode: In EzCad, activate “Rotary Marking” in settings.
· Input Parameters: Diameter of marked product
· Calibrate: Run a test rotation in EzCad to ensure smooth and accurate alignment.
3. Engrave the tumbler
· Secure the tumbler horizontally in the rotary chuck.
· Load your design (e.g. a logo or text) into EzCad.
· Adjust the focus and run a test engrave on scrap to confirm the settings.
· Start engraving. The rotary axis will smoothly rotate the tumbler as the laser engraves the design.
