This year’s return of TCT 3Sixty at the NEC sees Laser Lines, the UK’s most established reseller of 3D printers and materials, with several stands at the exhibition. Across the two stands, printers representing a variety of 3D printing technologies will be running demonstrations showcasing the company’s expertise in different applications and highlighting the solutions available.

The stands will have product specialists available to answer questions on the printers supplied by all the companies Laser Lines represents in the UK, which include Stratasys, Makerbot and Xact Metal.

Mark Tyrtania, sales director at Laser Lines, said: “It will be great to be back at TCT after such an extremely challenging time for everyone in the industry. Having supplied additive manufacturing equipment for 26 years, and with such an extensive portfolio of plastics and metal 3D printing solutions, we are looking forward to meeting up with customers and talking to them about how 3D printing can meet prototyping, production and tooling needs alongside expectations and budgets.”

FDM Stand – G31 at TCT 3Sixty

Laser Lines is showcasing the new Stratasys F770 3D printer alongside the Fortus 450mc at this year’s show.

F770 Two People With Printed Part

The F770 provides consistent, accurate and reliable printing of large parts, with a fully heated and thermostatically controlled build envelope of 1000 x 610 x 610mm. This system is ready for the manufacturing floor, offering lower cost large parts, jigs and fixtures with professional functionality and connectivity. It also includes MTConnect, the manufacturing data communications protocol.

Using GrabCAD Print software, the F770 enables customers to choose the density of the printed part. Full density provides maximum strength, while a lighter sparse fill will save print time and material costs – both key considerations during this demanding time.

For even more demanding applications, with 14 standard and engineering grade materials and a build envelope of 406 x 355 x 406mm, the Fortus 450mc 3D production system will build the most robust, accurate and repeatable parts to suit a variety of demanding applications.

From the Stratasys MakerBot through the F123 series and beyond, a range of FDM solutions will be on display to suit requirements and budget.

PolyJet and Xact Metal Stand – F41 at TCT 3Sixty

Laser Lines will have three Stratasys Polyjet 3D printers on its Polyjet and Xact Metal stand. The full-colour, Pantone-validated J850 Prime will be joined by the new J55 Prime and desktop J35 Pro Polyjet 3D printers.

Whether printing in full colour, super high speed or draft mode, with its ability to print seven materials simultaneously, the J850 Prime gives users unique flexibility in the type, colour and functionality of the parts produced. The J850 Prime and J850 Pro machines are ideal for customers looking to meet a range of project needs with one printer platform.

Stratasys J55 Close Up

The J55 Prime will be joined by the brand new J35 Pro 3D printer. The J55 Prime has a Pantone-validated full colour mode, while the desktop J35 Pro offers multi-material capabilities for functional design and concept modelling. The new Elastico, rubber-like material with superior 400% elongation at break is available on both the J55 and J35 printer platforms. Elastico is ideal for over-moulding, soft grip, protective coverings and seal applications.

Stratasys 3D printing is moving deeper into the manufacturing space with the introduction of three new technologies, including Selective Absorption Fusion (SAF), Stereolithography (SLA) and P3 polymerisation with the Origin One 3D printer. Laser Lines will have examples of each of these new and exciting technologies on stand F41.

Complementing its portfolio of polymer 3D printers, the Xact Metal XM200C DMLS printer offers affordable and accessible metal powder-bed fusion capability for universities, development labs and small-to-medium businesses that need prototyping, tooling capabilities, or low volume production of metal parts.

The XM200C is able to run a range of high quality, certified and proven materials, including stainless and tool steels, super alloys, copper, titanium and aluminium and will also be shown at TCT 3Sixty.

Customers wanting to book a meeting on the stand should email 3dworld@laserlines.co.uk or call 01295 672599.
