No. A Rotary Attachment mechanically spins the cylinder while the laser marks a thin line at the top. It is slow but allows for full 360-degree marking. A 3D Laser uses optics to mark curves without spinning the part, but it can usually only mark about 60-80 degrees of the arc (what is visible from the top).
